Political propaganda in Santa Clara
The sign reads: "NO, to war, to the blockade, to terrorism." This refers to the resolution by the UN general assembly from Nov 2007 in which 183 countries declared the US enforced embargo against Cuba to be in breach of international law. The only countries voting against the resolution were the USA, Israel, the Marshall Islands and Palau.
